Meditation on softness

A quiet moment in the National Gallery reminded me how freely children experience art—and how somewhere along the way, we were taught to overthink it. This piece pairs images and reflections from that visit, as a gentle attempt to break down the invisible walls between us and art.

Inspired by a Rich Roll podcast with Caroline Paul, I started thinking about the idea of "awe walks" and how powerful it is to find wonder in the everyday. I chose the phrase “Search for the awe in every day” as a reminder—and now it lives as my Safari background.
